Hagen Fluval 2 Plus Polyester Pads - A190

Fluval Polyester Filter Pads have been specially developed as a fine filter medium for the Fluval Plus range of underwater filter and is ideally suited to filtering out extremely fine suspended particles and contaminants.

Instructions for use: Rinse the polyester pads thoroughly before use and insert into the centre of the media cartridge, between the foam pads. To gain full benefit from the large surface contact area that the filter allows, remove the pad once it has captured the extremely fine particles, at the latest after 1 to 2 weeks. To ensure retention of the beneficial bacteria required for biological filtering, never change all filter media at the same time. Always add Cycle to the aquarium water after replacing the pad, to speed up the colonization of beneficial bacteria.
