No problem at all, we can soon email this back to you. Simply click on this link > Forgotten Password < and enter your username and the email address that you used when you initially created your account. Then click the submit button and we will forword the password to you email account. Please note that if you do type the email address incorrectly, the system will not be able to email the password to you.
Should it not be possible to retrieve your password, then please feel free to contact us on 01322 351 673 and we can reset your account for you.

2. How do I change my password
Simply log into your account and click upon the 'Modify Profile' link that can be found within the 'Your Account' section. This can be found within the right column of the website. This will take you to your profile which lists all of your account credentials. Half way down the page, you will spot the 'Username and Password' section. Click upon the 'Change Password' link. You will then be taken to a page where you can amend the your password.

3. How do I change my account details
Simply log into your account and click upon the 'Modify Profile' link that can be found within the 'Your Account' section. This can be found within the right column of the website. This will direct you to a page that includes all of your account credentials. On this page you may amend any of the credentials. Once as you require, click upon the 'Submit' button save save them.
