The Red (Palmaria palmata), Purple (Porphyra umbilicalis) and the Green Seaweed (Porphyra yezoensis) come in tear-able sheets while the Seaweed Flakes consists of chopped, mixed seaweed in a tub. Use SeaVeggies Clip to hold the seaweed sheets. Directions: Feed SeaVeggies Seaweed daily as part of a balanced diet consisting of a variety of dry, frozen and live foods. Break off a section of a sheet approximately 3 inches long and secure it in the tank with a Lettuce Clip. If there is any uneaten seaweed in the aquarium after a few hours, remove it
