Speeds the development of new pond filters

Promotes the development of filter bacteria, for faster and safer stocking of fish

Helps accelerate the breakdown of toxic ammonia and nitrite

Filter bacteria breakdown toxic ammonia and nitrite, and are therefore essential for a healthy pond. In new filters, or following maintenance, these bacteria may not be present. FilterZym provides an environment in which these bacteria can establish themselves more quickly, thereby supporting a healthier environment and the safer stocking of fish.

Application

Break open the capsules and sprinkle powder directly over filter media. Use 3 capsules for new filters; following maintenance; or when replacing filter media. For maximum effect, leave the pump switched off for 2hrs following use.

2 capsules can be added every 4 weeks for long-term biological activity.
