Eheim Professional aquarium filters

These high-tech external canister filters are full of innovative technology and are suitable for aquarium sizes up to 250 l.

The EHEIM Professional models were the first external canister filter series with a square basic shape and it is a proven product in the EHEIM external canister filter series.

Even its high quality accessories are convincing. The supplied hose adapter is equipped with two shut-off valves which can be adjusted separately. The flow rate is also set by means of these valves. The adapter is released and safely locked by means of a large lever so the hose and filter can be connected safely and easily.

EHEIM high performance, high quality ceramics provide very quiet and continuous operation characteristics. The filter canister is equipped with practical filter baskets that are easy to take out and to fill.

Eheim Professional II aquarium filters

The high-tech Professional II external canister filters offer priming support using innovative technology for aquarium sizes up to 600 l.

EHEIM Professional II extends the philosophy of the Professional series whilst offering greater efficiency and even more convenience.

Outstanding features of EHEIM external canister filters are low power consumption combined with high efficiency. The Professional II filters consume only 20 watts/hour.

The large priming cylinder on the pump head is not only a special design element; it provides convenient priming support at “the push of a button“ and the system starts working immediately.

Complicated priming principles are now a thing of the past. The supplied hose adapter is equipped with two shut-off valves.

When the safety adapter is mounted, the flow rate is adjusted with the combi-lever. If the hose connection is disconnected, the combi-lever is used in conjunction with the red safety catch.

This lever is easier to use and faulty operation is virtually impossible.

The indicator in the hose adapter displays the flow rate so you can see the filter efficiency at a glance.

Eheim Professional III aquarium filters

Introducing Eheim's new electronic filter with a touch pad interface to the microprocessor controlled features. Just set your required output and the electronics will do the rest.

Suitable for all types of aquarium - tropical, marine and planted.

The 6 function electronics are easily operated using just 3 buttons.

Features

Output control
Stepped increase or decrease of the water flow at the push of a button. The maximum power of this model greatly exceeds the values for conventional filters.

Constant flow
Increasing soiling of the filter is recognised by the electronics and the output is automatically controlled to the level you have set. This guarantees constant flow rates and very long service lives.

Bio stream function
The electronically controlled flow variation provides for highly natural, constantly changing, flow conditions in the aquarium.

12h bio function
Electronic change-over between 2 adjustable flow rates on a 12-hour cycle.

Service indicator
The time remaining until the next cleaning is displayed at the push of a button.

Auto air out
Accumulation of air under the filter head is detected and automatically bled off by an electronic program.

Electronic error management
Permanent electronic system monitoring. Any irregularities are recognised and indicated on the display. At the same time, a program is started which automatically attempts to rectify the cause.
